CatholicVibe is a personal, non-commercial Catholic music discovery platform run by a private individual based in Singapore. We collect limited personal information only when you contact us or submit an artist. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails. We do not create user accounts for visitors.
1. WHO WE ARE
CatholicVibe ("we", "us", "our") is a Catholic music discovery platform operated by a private individual based in Singapore. CatholicVibe is not a registered company or legal entity. The platform exists to help visitors discover Catholic artists, songs, playlists, and podcasts from around the world.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the CatholicVibe website ("the Site").

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
To review, evaluate, and process artist submission requests. Your contact details are used only to follow up with you about your submission if needed.
To read and respond to your enquiry. Your email address is used only for direct correspondence related to your message.
To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and performance. This is done using Google Analytics (see Section 4).
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
CatholicVibe uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

When you click an outbound link or interact with embedded content (such as a YouTube or Spotify player), you leave our control and are subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms of service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform.
Embedded players from YouTube and Spotify may set their own cookies on your device. These are governed by Google's and Spotify's respective privacy policies.
6. DATA RETENTION
Artist Submission and Contact Form Emails
Emails sent through our forms are received and stored in our inbox. We retain these emails for as long as necessary to process your submission or respond to your enquiry. We do not use submission data for any ongoing purpose after your request has been handled.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard data retention settings.
You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us at any time by emailing catholicvibe@gmail.com.
7. YOUR RIGHTS (SINGAPORE PDPA AND GDPR FOR EU VISITORS)

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

9. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you submit through our forms. Form submissions are transmitted to our inbox over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
