Artist names, album artwork, music, images, logos, and other content belonging to artists or third-party platforms (including Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Apple Music) remain the property of their respective owners. CatholicVibe does not claim ownership over any third-party content displayed or linked on the Site.
Artist profile images and music data displayed on the Site are typically sourced via third-party APIs (such as the Spotify API) in accordance with their respective terms of service. If you are an artist or rights holder and believe your content has been displayed incorrectly or without authorisation, please contact us at catholicvibe@gmail.com and we will address your concern promptly.

Listing an artist on CatholicVibe does not constitute a formal endorsement of that artist, their views, or all of their content. We aim to feature artists whose primary work is Catholic in nature, but we cannot monitor every piece of content an artist may produce across all platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CatholicVibe and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
